Pregnant & Parenting Young Adults Get Help from Free Program

Bridges to Employing Youth

Moms and Dads, ages 16 - 24, can get help and occupational training to kick start a career.

  • Individualized training and counseling support;

  • Subsidized childcare;

  • Education tailored to skills and interests;

  • Food Pantry;

  • Holiday toy shop;

  • Diapers;

  • Legal assistance and education;

  • Help with career goals;

  • Certifications in Bookeeping, Child Development, Culinary Art, CDL/Trucking, AutoCAD, Welding, Patient Care, Phlebotomy, Web Tools/JAVA.

  • Driver's License Education.

  • Parenting skills training.

We Can Help!

Students enrolled in the Bridges program can receive behind-the-wheel coursework, obtain a learner's permit, and prepare for the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Knowledge Test while accessing the other supportive services at Project Self-Sufficiency.
