Connecting NJ  at Project Self-Sufficiency helps meet the needs of New Jersey’s families with quality health & wellness services. 

We provide mothers, fathers, grandparents, and guardians free or affordable access to people, organizations, and other sources of information needed to raise healthy children and allow family members to better care for their physical and mental health while increasing their educational and employment opportunities.

Get referrals to community resources, medical care, home visiting programs, healthy women & families services, prenatal care, obstetrics, doulas, and social support agencies.
