Project Self-Sufficiency's breast health program offers monthly, virtual support groups to breast cancer survivors. Participation is free and open to anyone who would like to share stories, discuss coping strategies, and gain insights in a supportive setting.

Annual Survivor Events invite breast cancer survivors to celebrate their health, get the latest healthcare information from medical experts, and receive tips on wellness, nutrition, exercise, and more. Keynote speakers and music create a festive atmosphere for all.

Local breast cancer survivors were profiled in the New Jersey Herald as part of the Mammograms Save Lives series. We celebrate their heroism and strength every day.
