The Hudson Farm Club is the site for the annual Harvest Shoot & Taste of Autumn Gourmet Gathering featuring a light lunch, a day-long clay shoot on the breathtaking grounds of the 3,800 acre hunting preserve, followed by a delicious, multi-course dinner prepared by renowned chefs Kirk Avondoglio, Perona Farms, Andre de Waal (Andre's Lakeside Dining) and Ken Salmon (North Shore House).

The next Autumn Harvest Shoot will be held September 29, 2019.

Register online, by mail, or by calling Project Self-Sufficiency, 973-940-3500 or 844-807-4500.

The event raises essential funds for the agency's services to low-income families in the area. Sponsorship packages are available. This unique event has limited seating, so purchasing tickets early is strongly encouraged.

The Harvest Shoot features a 20-station clay shoot on the 3,800 acre hunting preserve. Each shooting station offers a different presentation of targets, allowing participants to simulate game shooting in a variety of ways. Teams have the opportunity to take aim at 100 clays over the course of 3 ½ hours. A Ladies Shooting School invites novice shooters to fine tune their skills.

The Hudson Farm Club provides cartridges, ear and eye protection, and instruction and guidance tailored to each participant's experience level.  In addition, teams have access to golf carts to navigate the course with ease and take in even more of the spectacular scenery.
