Clothing Donations Accepted at Project Self-Sufficiency

Working Women's Wardrobe

 

Project Self-Sufficiency of Sussex County welcomes the donation of new and gently-used professional clothing to stock the Working Women's Wardrobe.

Agency participants are in need of suits, blazers, skirts, pant suits, slacks, shoes and accessories.

Donations are accepted in accordance with the current season. Clothing must be dry-cleaned and on a hanger.

In-person donations cannot be received after 3:00 p.m.

Please note that public health guidelines during the pandemic may impact our ability to receive clothing donations.  Consider calling ahead to confirm, 973-940-3500.

Helps Teens

 

Hundreds of free prom dresses, along with shawls, wraps, shoes and accessories are distributed to young women each spring at the Sister-to-Sister Prom Shop.

Women's formal wear is accepted from January - April, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Donated gowns must be dry-cleaned and on a hanger.
