Women's Health Educator

Part-time Health Educator needed to implement grant-funded breast health program. Candidate will conduct community outreach, coordinate regularly scheduled on-site mammography, and offer educational presentations at schools and community sites. Varied schedule; some evenings and weekends required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software and some data entry experience preferred. Public speaking experience and effective written and oral communication skills required. Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Public Health or a related field preferred.

New Jersey Youth Corps Job Developer & Employability Skills Instructor/Counselor

Full-time counselor needed to provide employability skills instruction and counseling services to at-risk youth, ages 16 – 25, in grant-funded New Jersey Youth Corps program. Establish and maintain relationships with area business leaders and employers. Coordinate outreach and develop job placement opportunities for program participants. Represent program at community events. Monitor workplace trends. Administer assessment testing. Deliver employability skills training curricula in group setting. Facilitate transition services. Create and maintain database; generate reports of job development and training activities. Health benefits available. Related experience and Master's degree required. New Jersey Youth Corps Crew Supervisors

Multiple full-time and part-time facilitators needed to lead teams of at risk youth, ages 16 – 25, in project-based construction, landscaping, facility maintenance and other related activities. Maintain detailed records and generate reports. Monitor progress with work site hosts. Provide negotiation and conflict resolution between participants. Assist with job placement coordination and referrals. Responsible for transporting teams to various work sites. Related experience, Bachelor's degree and commercial driver license required.

New Jersey Youth Corps Administrative Assistant

Part-time administrative assistant needed to provide clerical support for grant-funded New Jersey Youth Corps program for at-risk youth, ages 16 – 25. Collect, document, maintain and analyze program data; responsible for entering data into online system, tracking information and generating reports. Excellent phone skills required; must be proficient in Microsoft applications. Related experience and Bachelor's degree required.

New Jersey Youth Corps Literacy/Numeracy/GED Instructor

Full-time teacher needed to facilitate high school equivalency diploma instruction for grant-funded New Jersey Youth Corps program for at-risk youth, ages 16 – 25. Teach remedial skills and prepare students for the high school equivalency examination (HSE). Maintain equipment and manage inventory. Track and evaluate student progress, maintain records, administer tests and assessments. Provide feedback about program and related support service recommendations to students and staff. Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and computer proficiency. Health benefits available. Career Training & Employment Specialist

Part-time and full-time positions available in non-profit agency Career Training & Employment Center. Candidates will assist clients in developing vocational goals, provide computer instruction, education and support, and facilitate job searches. Health benefits available for full-time position. Varied schedule; some evenings and weekends required. Presentation skill experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred. Bachelor's degree required.

Community Resource Specialist

Community Resource Specialist needed to support the mission of growing non-profit agency by forming strategic partnerships with service providers and community stakeholders. Create opportunities for workforce development and asset building. Manage administrative tasks and provide community referrals. Health benefits available. Varied schedule; some evenings and weekends required. Reliable transportation needed. Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills preferred. Bachelor's degree required.

Program Facilitators

Multiple part-time, hourly facilitators needed for Project Launch Newton weekday after school program for children grades 4 – 8, beginning September, 2016. Employment available at the elementary and middle school levels; 15+ hours per week, from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. or from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Two, three, four and five-day positions available. Provide academic support, physical and enrichment activities, and career and leadership development projects with students. Substitute teaching certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Home Visitors

Full-time Home visitors needed to execute nationally recognized home visitation program for young parents in Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon Counties. Candidates will establish a caring, professional relationship with clients, schedule and develop individualized programs for activities during home visits, and instruct clients about nutrition, healthy, safety, and parenting skills. Candidate will provide assessments and referrals to community services and encourage clients in their pursuit of self-sufficiency. Health benefits available. Bachelor's degree, transportation and computer skills required; Spanish-speaking a plus.

Spanish-Speaking Home Visitors

Full-time, bi-lingual home visitors needed to execute nationally recognized home visitation program for young, Spanish-speaking parents in Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon Counties. Candidates will establish a caring, professional relationship with clients, schedule and develop individualized programs for activities during home visits, and instruct clients about nutrition, healthy, safety, and parenting skills. Candidate will provide assessments and referrals to community services and encourage clients in their pursuit of self-sufficiency. Health benefits available. Bachelor's degree, transportation and computer skills required.

Evening Childcare Provider

Child care giver wanted, part time, evenings, 6:00 – 9:30 p.m. for Little Sprouts Early Learning Center. Experience preferred; Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development required.

Day Care Center Teacher

Dedicated, enthusiastic teachers and certified early childhood assistants needed for Little Sprouts Early Learning Center. Full-time; health benefits available. Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree, Child Development Associate certification or Early Childhood Teacher Certification required.

Day Care Center Aides

Teachers' Aides needed for Little Sprouts Early Learning Center. Full-time; varied schedule. Health benefits available. Prior experience and a high school diploma required.

Computer Instructors

Part-time day and evening computer instructors needed. Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications mandatory. Good presentation skills, experience, and Bachelor's degree required.

Parenting Instructor

Part-time trainer needed to implement the 24/7 Dads and Nurturing Parenting Program for Fathers curricula. Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary. Must possess ability to establish positive relationships with people of varied cultural backgrounds. Bachelor's degree required; education and public-speaking experience preferred. Evenings required.
