Social Worker/Case Manager

Full time Social Worker/Case Manager needed to provide case management, crisis intervention, group work and supportive counseling for low-income individuals. Facilitate goal-setting, refer clients to community resources, maintain case records, and assist with agency events. Health benefits available. Experience working in a related field a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Master's degree required.

Bi-Lingual Home Visitor

Full-time, bi-lingual home visitor needed to provide in-home health and parenting and support services as part of nationally recognized home visitation program to at-risk, pregnant, Spanish-speaking women or women with children and their families in Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon Counties. Demonstrate initiative, dependability and the ability to work independently and efficiently. Continually assess client needs, develop goals, provide appropriate intervention strategies and adjust services accordingly. Ability to communicate with staff and clients with sensitivity, flexibility and responsiveness to gender, race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religion, age, sexual orientation or special needs. Assume an active role in agency events. Provide culturally competent service delivery. Uphold ethical standards in accordance with Social Work Code of Ethics. Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, bend, use hands and arms and must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record. Bachelor's degree required.

Spanish-Speaking Interpreter

Part-time and full-time, bi-lingual interpreters needed to facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking clients and English-speaking staff in home and office settings. Candidate will accompany staff during home visitation with at-risk, Spanish-speaking women in Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon Counties. Translate client materials, informational brochures and other documents. Assist with other agency projects and programs as needed. Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license, and acceptable driving record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred.

Grant Writer

Experienced grant writer with proven track record with securing federal and foundation grants needed. Responsible for writing proposals for both unrestricted operating revenue and restricted projects and for submitting timely and accurate reports for all existing grant funded projects. Candidate will prepare, submit and manage grant proposals to federal, foundation and corporate sources; perform prospect research, work with finance to gather information, understand organization's history and programs, maintain database, track statistics, and assist with other fundraising projects. Health benefits available. Strong written communication skills; ability and experience to work in deadline-driven environments; knowledge of fundraising sources, techniques and strategies. Bachelor's degree required.

New Jersey Youth Corps High School Equivalency Instructor

Part-time facilitators needed to provide high school equivalency instruction to youth, ages 16 – 25, in grant-funded New Jersey Youth Corps program. Educate students in math, science, English and history; administer assessment testing. Related experience and Bachelor's degree required. Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills required.

Community Resource & Outreach Specialist

Outreach worker needed to form strategic partnerships with service providers and community stakeholders and engage and educate the community about Project Self-Sufficiency. Candidate will represent the agency at community events, give presentations, create opportunities for workforce development and asset building, manage administrative tasks, and provide community referrals. Health benefits available. Reliable transportation needed. Full-time, varied schedule; some evenings and weekends required. Public speaking experience preferred. Excellent presentation skills, written and verbal communication skills preferred. Bachelor's degree required.

After School Program Facilitators

Multiple part-time, hourly facilitators needed for Project Launch Newton weekday after school program for children grades 4 – 8. Employment available at the elementary and middle school levels; 15+ hours per week, from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. or from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Two, three, four and five-day positions available. Provide academic support, physical and enrichment activities, and career and leadership development projects with students. Substitute teaching certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Computer Instructors

Part-time day and evening computer instructors needed. Expertise in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications mandatory. Good presentation skills, experience, and Bachelor's degree required.

Professional Driver

Experienced recreational vehicle driver with commercial driver's license needed to drive mobile outreach office in renovated Class A Motorhome. Spotless driving record required. RV will need to be on location each day and returned to garage each night. Full time; Monday - Friday. Confidentiality required.

Evening Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk

Detail oriented professional needed to answer phones and greet visitors Monday – Thursday, 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. Candidate will also be responsible for data entry projects. Must be punctual and have the ability to multi-task; good interpersonal and computer skills required.

Little Sprouts Early Learning Center

Evening Childcare Provider

Child care giver wanted, part time, evenings, 6:00 – 9:30 p.m. for Little Sprouts Early Learning Center. Experience preferred; Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development required.

Day Care Center Teacher

Dedicated, enthusiastic teachers and certified early childhood assistants needed for Little Sprouts Early Learning Center. Full-time; health benefits available. Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree, Child Development Associate certification or Early Childhood Teacher Certification required.

Day Care Center Aides

Teachers' Aides needed for Little Sprouts Early Learning Center. Full-time; varied schedule. Health benefits available. Prior experience and a high school diploma required.

Keeping Families Together

A supportive housing, counseling, and economic self-sufficiency program for DCP&P-involved families.

Program Director

Full-time position responsible for overseeing all aspects of grant-funded housing and family stability program. Minimum of five years of experience leading programs providing services to families involved with the New Jersey Department of Child Protection & Permanency, as well as working with trauma-impacted families, including mental health and substance abuse, required. MSW or other advanced degree required.


Multiple, full-time positions responsible for assessment, intake and counseling services for grant-funded housing and family stability program. Minimum five years' experience working with trauma-impacted families including mental health and substance abuse, preferably experienced and trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. One position for LCSW; one position for degreed LADC.

Case Manager/Housing Specialist/Employment Specialist

Multiple, full-time positions. Duties include case management for trauma-impacted families including mental health and substance abuse, with an emphasis on securing and maintaining housing and employment. Minimum two years' experience working with at-risk families, including case management, employability and housing support services, and mental illness/substance abuse. Bachelor's degree required.

Peer Specialists

Full-time position. Work with substance abuse and trauma-impacted families on family stability and housing support services. High school diploma and completion of one year of a peer recovery support training program required.

Administrative/IT Services

Assist with collecting and recording data on supportive housing program participants and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Part-time; 20 hours per week.
