Nurse Home Visitor

Experienced nurse needed to provide comprehensive nursing services for pregnant women and their families in a home visiting environment. Candidate will provide prenatal care; nutrition counseling; assist patients and their families with establishing goals; educate participants about infant care, early childhood development, and positive health practices. Travel throughout Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon counties required; must have reliable transportation. Current R.N. and C.P.R. required. Two years recent experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental/behavioral nursing preferred. Excellent written and verbal skills, and basic computer skills needed. Varied schedule includes some evenings. Spanish-speaking a plus.

Program Facilitators

Multiple part-time, hourly facilitators needed for weekday after school program for children grades 4 - 8. Positions available at the elementary and middle school levels; 15+ hours per week, from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. Provide academic support, physical and enrichment activities, and career and leadership development projects with students. Substitute teaching certificate required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Social Worker/Case Manager

Master's level professional needed to provide case management, group work and supportive counseling for low-income individuals. Experience working in a small, grassroots non-profit environment a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Master's degree required.

Intake/Data Collection Specialist

Intake/Data Collection Specialist needed to respond to telephone calls, meet prospective clients, collect information, and accurately enter the information collected into a data system. Excellent computer skills and communication skills required. Must have good attention to detail, and be organized, compassionate and patient. Appropriate educational background and experience required.

Community Outreach Specialist

Creative and energetic individual needed to coordinate outreach for various agency programs. Duties will include public speaking, coordinating meetings, and working with local agencies, organizations and families to identify community needs. Travel in Sussex, Warren and Hunterdon counties required; must have own transportation. Bachelor's degree and excellent written and verbal skills a must; knowledge of Adobe products a plus.

Home Visitor

Home visitor in Hunterdon/Sussex Counties needed to execute nationally recognized home visitation program for young parents. Bachelor's degree, transportation and computer skills required; Spanish-speaking a plus.
