Seeking experienced, dynamic and creative youth-focused director to manage all aspects of DOE grant-funded afterschool program serving students in Newton, New Jersey. Duties include initial program and policy development, staff supervision, data management and evaluation, inter-agency coordination. Excellent public speaking, written and verbal communication skills required. Must have New Jersey Department of Education certification. Flexible schedule; must be available evenings.
Part-time coordinators needed for weekday after school program for children grades 4 - 8. Positions available at the elementary and middle school level. Candidates will assist with program evaluation and parent communication; supervise academic support, physical and enrichment activities, and career and leadership development projects. Must have New Jersey Department of Education certification. Part time, 25 hours per week; flexible schedule, must be available evenings and some weekends. Bachelor's degree required.

Experienced professional needed to recruit, train, place, mentor, and retain volunteers. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Experience with program administration a plus. Must be able to multi-task, develop partnerships, and present to large and small groups. Part-time; varied schedule includes some evenings. Some travel required; must have reliable transportation.
Master's level professional needed to provide case management, group work and supportive counseling for low-income individuals. Experience working in a small, grassroots non-profit environment a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must. Master's degree required.
